American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She began her career by playing support roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). She then played reporter Willa McPherson on the FX series Dirt as well as a supporting part in the short-lived show The Ex List. She played the role of a young Moira O'Hara during the initial season of FX's American Horror Story, and as Kaylee in the season's third. She was Jessie Anderson's character on the AMC series The Walking Dead. Sophie played her character in The NBC show This Is Us. She voices various characters in the show Family Guy, an animated comedy. She has been the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe in Netflix's Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge was raised in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10 years old when her mother and sister relocated to California [1and a half years ago] where they lived for a year before finally moving to Mill Valley. Breckenridge started to be attracted to acting, photography and singing at the age of 13. Breckenridge moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was 15 to pursue a career in acting.
